About GSTMap

GSTMap is an independent reference that brings India's GST material — circulars, notifications, sections and rules — into one searchable place, so professionals and businesses stop hunting across a dozen scattered sources.

Why it exists

Anyone who works with GST knows the problem: you know a circular or notification exists, but finding the current, correct version means checking the CBIC portal, then a few secondary sites, and still wondering whether it is the latest one. GSTMap's goal is simple — when you need a GST document, it should be here, with its status and the provisions it affects clearly shown.

What makes it different

GSTMap does not just store documents. For each one it tracks whether it is still in force, amended, superseded or omitted, links it to the sections and rules it affects, and adds a plain-language summary. That "is this still valid, and what does it touch" layer is the part that scattered sources get wrong.

Who runs it

GSTMap is built and maintained by a practising tax professional with hands-on experience of GST law and compliance. The intent is accuracy and currency above all — content is checked against official sources and updated as the law changes.

A note on scope

GSTMap is growing in stages. Coverage begins with a focused set of notifications, circulars and core provisions, and widens over time. If something you need is not yet here, it soon will be — and you are welcome to tell us what to prioritise.
